1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to VeltoAI ("we," "our," or "us"), a sole proprietorship. By accessing or using the VeltoAI mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 16 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms (or have parental permission if under 18)
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide to us is accurate and complete

If you are using the App on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

VeltoAI is an AI-powered mobile application designed to help entrepreneurs build, launch, and dominate their business ventures. Our services include:

3.1 Core Features

• AI Business Idea Generation: Using advanced AI (powered by Google Gemini API via OpenRouter) to generate personalized business ideas based on your profile, interests, skills, and experience.
• Task Management: AI-generated daily tasks with completion tracking, difficulty ratings, and snooze functionality.
• Goal Tracking: Monthly and yearly goal setting with progress tracking.
• Gamification System: Streak tracking, flame status, XP points, levels, and achievement badges to motivate daily engagement.
• Weekly Journaling: Optional reflective journaling feature for business progress.
• Pause Feature: Ability to pause your business journey and tasks temporarily.
• Analytics Dashboard: Task completion tracking and engagement insights.
• Cloud Sync: Cross-device data synchronization via Supabase.
• Push Notifications: Daily task reminders and streak protection alerts.

3.2 Service Availability

• We strive to provide 24/7 access to the App, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service.
• We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• You may use the App anonymously initially without creating an account.
• Anonymous usage creates a temporary session that can be converted to a permanent account.
• You may create an account using email/password or Apple Sign-In (iOS only).
• Note: Google Sign-In is not currently available.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Security

You agree to keep your login credentials secure, notify us of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or require password changes if security is compromised.

4.3 Account Termination

You may terminate your account via App settings or by contacting support@veltoai.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial for new users on the yearly plan. You must provide payment information to start the trial, and you will be automatically charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

5.2 Subscription Requirement

A paid subscription is required for premium features. Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status.

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via App Store or Google Play settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds.

Refund Policy: Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The App and all content (software, text, design, "look and feel") are owned by VeltoAI or its licensors. The VeltoAI name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without permission.

6.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (User Content). By submitting it, you grant VeltoAI a worldwide license to store, host, and process it to provide our services.

6.4 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided "as-is". You are solely responsible for validating and implementing AI suggestions. VeltoAI does not claim ownership of business ideas you develop using the App.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include account abuse (multiple accounts for trials), technical abuse (reverse engineering, bots), and content abuse (illegal or harmful material).

8. AI and Data Processing

Our App uses Google Gemini API (via OpenRouter) for AI features. You acknowledge that AI outputs may not be accurate and are for informational purposes only. Data is processed via Supabase, RevenueCat, and Expo.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS-IS". OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.
